(Pricing shown does not include gratuity. For your convenience, 20% gratuity will be added to the rate once your reservation is confirmed)
- Once your reservation for our black car service is made, we will double check the details on our end and email you back an updated confirmation that will reflect your grand total and include the gratuity.
- If you need to add a STOP, or need a booster/carseat, please enter the details in the “special requests” section. We will manually add it to your reservation and email you back an updated confirmation. (for STOP pricing please see FAQs)
- If you are using any promo/custom discount, you must enter the promo code on Step 1. (Gratuity is calculated on the original rate and not on the discounted rate.) (Discounts apply to sedans and SUVs only, they do not apply to limos, sprinters, or busses)
- When going to or from any airport, please do not enter the exact address of the airport. Enter the airport code instead. For example, make sure to enter SAN or LAX and this will trigger the system to ask for airline & flight info. (We service ALL airports. Not just SAN/LAX)
