Please read below before booking a reservation.

  1. An industry standard 20% service charge will be assessed on all reservations. 
  2. Once your online reservation for transportation is made, we will double check the details on our end and email you back a final confirmation which will include the service charge and is an all-inclusive rate.
  3. The service charge covers admin fees and supports the chauffeurs’ all-inclusive pay, ensuring consistent high-quality service. If you like, you may tip the chauffeur in the vehicle; however, this is not expected based on our rate structure of your pre-paid trip.
  4. If you are using any promo/custom discount, you must enter the promo code after selecting the vehicle type. (Service Charge is calculated on the original rate and not on the discounted rate.)
  5. When going to or from any airport, do not enter the exact address of the airport. Please enter the airport code. i.e. SAN, LAX, SNA, PHX…
