Welcome to Stay Classy (SC), where quality service and communication are our priorities. Thank you for entrusting your upcoming trip to our team of professional chauffeurs and reservationists. In preparation for your trip, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Payment and Trip Charges
- All-Inclusive Rate – Your final confirmation will be an all-inclusive rate. There will be no additional charges added unless there are additional services provided such as wait time, stops, car seats, M&G etc. If you like, you may tip the chauffeur in the vehicle; however, this is not expected based on our rate structure of your pre-paid trip.
- Service Charge – An industry standard 20% service charge is included in the all-inclusive rate. The service charge covers admin fees, merchant fees, and supports the chauffeurs’ all-inclusive pay, ensuring consistent high-quality service.
- Pre-Payment – All trips are pre-paid. Credit card payments will be processed 48 hours prior to the reservation date for sedan and SUV trips and 72 hours in advance for sprinters, buses, and limousines.
Other Fees and Charges
- Airport Authority Fee – An Airport Authority Fee (administered by airport authority) is included in our all-inclusive rate, as follows: SAN: $10, LAX: $15, PHX: $10 (on pick up & drop off). The default AA fee for all other airports is $10.
- Additional Stops – All stops must be pre-arranged or the chauffeur may not be able to accommodate due to time restraints. Additional stops will be $20.00 minimum per stop and/or will be calculated on a $3.50/mile basis if more than 5 miles off route ($5.50/mile in LA). (plus service charge/fuel). The stop fee for larger buses is $30 minimum. Wait fees will be assessed after 5 minutes.
- Car Seat Fee – Car seats are provided for a flat fee of $10.00 per rear-facing & forward-facing seats and $5.00 each for booster seats.
- Cancellation Fee – There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pick-up for Sedans & SUVs and cancellations made less than 72 hours for before scheduled pick-up for sprinters, buses, and stretch limos.
- Complimentary Wait Time
- Airport Pickups – Please enter the exact scheduled arrival time on your reservation — do not add a buffer. Our concierge team and your chauffeur will track your flight in real time.
- Domestic arrivals: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from gate arrival.
- International arrivals: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from gate arrival.
- Cruise arrivals: 60 mins of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pick-up time.
There is no wait fee applied for flight delays on airport pickups.
- Non-Airport Pickups – A 5-minute grace period applies to all scheduled non-airport pickups.
- Wait Fee: If additional wait time occurs, it will be billed in 15-minute increments. The wait fee starts at $89 per hour plus a 20% service charge, depending on vehicle type.
- Deposits – All deposits are non-refundable. Hourly trips and large fleet trips will require a credit card authorization and a copy of the cardholder’s I.D. (may apply to other trips)
- Meet & Greet (M&G) Fee – A M&G fee is an additional $35 for Sedans/SUVs and $50 for larger vehicles, plus a 20% service charge.
- Arrivals with international mobile numbers will automatically be upgraded and charged for a M&G, as our chauffeurs are unable to communicate with international numbers unless the client provides a WhatsApp number. Chauffeurs can utilize WhatsApp for communication if available.
- Due to construction, heavy traffic, and limited parking at LAX and SAN, the chauffeur may not always be able to find parking to perform a M&G. In such cases, the chauffeur will communicate via text or WhatsApp to arrange curbside pick-up, and the M&G fee will be refunded.
- Pet Accommodation – If you are traveling with a pet, it must remain in the crate/carrier for the duration of the trip. There is a $20 minimum pet fee for Sedan/SUV’s, $45 minimum pet fee for Sprinters, and $50 minimum pet fee for buses. The fee also varies with pet size. Note that SC must be advised of the pet in advance; otherwise, a $100 minimum additional fee may be assessed.
- Special Events Fee – A Special Events fee of $30 will be applied for largely populated pick-ups and drop-offs (i.e. concerts, sporting events) to account for the additional time to enter and exit the event at facilities such as SoFi Stadium, North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre, Rose Bowl, Rady Shell, etc.
Programs, Discounts and Promotions

- Loyalty Program – Mustsign-up here. For retail rates: Book 10 trips and get the 11th free. For Corporate Rates: Book 20 trips and get the 21st free.
- Corporate Rates Program – Must apply. Clickhere for application form.
- Discounts and/or Promotions – These apply only to the flat rate and will be adjusted/applied after the reservation has been confirmed. These cannot be mixed or matched, and they do not apply to limos, sprinters, or buses, nor custom/discounted and/or hourly trips. These are not applied automatically. A valid code must be mentioned or entered when making a reservation.
- Stay Classy Guarantee – In the event that our chauffeur arrives late for a scheduled reservation, and the client requests a refund citing this guarantee, we will refund the client up to $250. This applies only to sedan and SUV pickups and does not extend to vans, limos, or buses. The refund will be issued solely for controllable delays and does not cover circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, vehicle breakdowns, flat tires, cracked windshields, or severe traffic congestion resulting from accidents.
Safety, Procedural, and Conduct Expectations
- Airline Changes – If the airline changes or cancels flight, we cannot guarantee availability for new arrival/departure. Please contact our office immediately.
- Car Seat Installation – Car seat installation must be inspected by the client upon arrival of the chauffeur. If a client provides their own car seat(s), the client must install their own car seat(s). In case of an accident, we are not liable or responsible for car seat installation.
- Cleaning Fee – If needed, a cleaning fee of a minimum of $100 or whatever cost SC incurs will be assessed for cleaning of vehicle.
- Client Conduct – It is expected that client(s) will conduct themselves in a professional, appropriate manner during the trip. The chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip at any point without a refund, if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
- Client Error(s) in Reservations – If a client makes a reservation with any incorrect information (ie. date, time, flight, cell), the client is responsible. It is the client’s responsibility to double check confirmation emails sent by SC. If a client reserves the car for the incorrect date and the chauffeur shows up, the client will be charged for gas and time. If a client reserves the car for the incorrect time, the client will be charged either an hourly wait fee or for the chauffeur’s time and gas.
- COVID 19 – Based on current CDC guidelines, the use of masks is not required and is based on the discretion of chauffeurs and clients.
- Financial Liability – The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
- Luggage – Clients are not allowed to load or unload their own luggage. If a client loads/unloads their own luggage, and they get injured, Stay Classy is not responsible. If a client loads/unloads their own luggage, and they damage any vehicle, they are responsible to fix the damage.
- Other Provider – We reserve the right to contract with another ground transportation provider without notice to service your ride in the event we are unable to provide the service ourselves.
- Smoking and Vaping – Smoking and vaping are not allowed in or near our vehicles. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will automatically be added for any violation of this policy. Also, Illegal drug possession or use is prohibited by law.
- Vehicle Availability – Due to availability, sedan & luxury sedan reservations may need to be upgraded to an SUV style vehicle, unless specifically mentioned or otherwise noted by the client.
- Vehicle Capacity – Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity for the safety of the chauffeur and all passengers.
- Vehicle Maintenance – SC prides itself on maintaining a first-class vehicle fleet and strict preventative maintenance standards. In the unlikely event of a mechanical interruption, SC will attempt to make other arrangements to ensure you arrive at your destination safely. This potential interruption does not guarantee an automatic refund.
