Where are you from and where did you grow up?
Born and raised in San Diego. Grew up in Allied Gardens and don’t plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon. 🙂
When did you become interested in the transportation industry and why?
I have been in retail for the last 25 years so I thought this would be a great area to continue what I love — “Customer service”!
Any business that requires personal attention to the clients’ needs is what I know and what I excel at. I was looking forward to embracing the new challenge.
How did you come up with the concept for Stay Classy Transportation?
My business partner came up with the concept and I joined him a year later. This is just the beginning; I knew that with his business motto, our great relationship, and my ability to cater to our clients’ needs, Stay Classy would reach the top in no time.
Why is your company culture and way of doing business so important?
Preparation, Determination, Action, and doing what you love is most important. I value all the relationships that we build along the way. I truly think there is no gift in business better than “OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE”!
How often do you use transportation services yourself?
I use it when I go out of town. I always analyze how other transportation companies operate. I can honestly say we do the best here at Stay Classy transportation in San Diego.
What’s next for Stay Classy Transportation?
We are always humble and thankful, but we never stay comfortable. We know that in any business, if you become stagnant, you slowly begin to fade away. We are always shooting for the next level. BIG things are in store for Stay Classy Transportation!
How would you describe yourself?
I have a good sense of humor and like to find the fun in everything that I do. Family is very important to me and I use that same respect towards our customers.
What do you like best about working at Stay Classy Transportation?
We are a family unit. We all work hard knowing that the person across from us is doing the same. Every day is a great day here at Stay Classy Transportation.
What do you think are the key principles for having a successful transportation company?
Honesty and reliable customer service every time, all the time.
What is one thing that most people don’t know about you?
I have a Siamese cat named Chacho and have a soft spot for all animals.
