How would you describe yourself?
I am a family man. Everything I do, every decision I make, I ask myself: What is best for my family?
What do you like best about working at Stay Classy Transportation?
The culture. Every morning when I leave my house and family to go to work, I know that when I walk into our office, I will immediately be embraced by my other family. All of us are treated with respect and our insights and ideas are always valued. It feels good to be a part of a company that focuses on satisfying its drivers’ needs just as much as the clients’.
What do you think are the key principles for having a successful transportation company?
I have friends who work for other companies and their biggest complaint is that there is no customer loyalty. Our clients are not shopping around for the cheapest rate; they are looking for a reliable car service company and want great customer service. That is what we focus on, and it is exactly what keeps our customers coming back.
What is one thing that most people don’t know about you?
When I am not driving for SCT, I like to spend my time in the kitchen. My specialty is Tandoori Kabob and Naan. I used to own and operate my own restaurant, but now I just throw parties for friends and cater for their special events.
